ACS Fellow, PMSE Division - Dr. Jaime Grunlan

Dr. Jaime Grunlan was recently named Fellow of the PMSE Division of the American Chemical Society.


Dr. Grunlan is a Professor and the Leland T. Jordan '29 Chair Professor in the J. Mike Walker '66 Department of Mechanical Engineering. His research is focused on polymer nanocomposites and complexes with transport properties that rival metals and ceramics, while maintaining beneficial polymer properties.


The purpose of the ACS Fellows Program is to recognize and honor members of the American Chemical Society for their outstanding achievements in and contributions to the science and the profession and for their equally exemplary service to the Society.
